Mackerel Fish Curry !!!!!!!!!
Ingredients
# 4 Mackerel Fish
# 50 Ml Refined Oil
# 50 Gm Ginger and Garlic Paste
# 50 Gm Mustard Paste
# 20 Gm Turmeric Powder
# 1 Tomato
# 15 Gm Coriander Powder
# 100 Gm Onion
# 15 Gm Cumin Powder
# Salt to Test
# Coriander Leaves
# 2 Green Chilly
Method:
Cut the fish in to two piece and wash it. Then put one tea spoon full of turmeric powder and salt to test. Bake the fish with 50 ml refined oil till the color turns to brown. See the image in right side...
Then slice the onion and bake it with oil. when the color will turn to brown put ginger and garlic Paste. After 3 minutes of baking put the mustard pest, coriander powder, cumin powder, turmeric powder, sliced green chilly, sliced tomato and water according to the requirement, again bake it 10 minutes. Now your gravy is ready to put the baked fish.
After putting again boil it for 4 to 5 minutes. Now your Mackerel Fish Curry is ready to eat.
Recipe it in a plate and put the sliced Coriander Leaves on it. Look the image. Don't water your mouth.....
